Wonderful! All of our classes are designed to be accessible to all levels but we do have a couple of beginner-friendly classes you can join (please drop us an email for more info). We encourage you to join as many classes as possible. You can take each class at your own pace, resting when needed, and continue when you’re ready. We provide complimentary mats to rent. Please arrive at the studio 15 minutes before class. We are a glass-free and plastic-free studio, meaning no glass drinking cups. Please bring your own drinking bottle and you can fill it up at the studio. Wear comfortable clothes, anything that you might work out or jog in. Be prepared to sweat and most importantly, enjoy!

To keep you moving throughout your pregnancy and after your due date, we offer several Pre/Post-natal sessions, please check our timetable and contact us for more information. Our teachers are prenatally/ postnatally trained and will guide you through appropriate modifications/ classes.
Yes, you can park your car at Glacis Parking (200 meters away) 2 minutes by walk (including the traffic signs 🙂 ). And yes, we do have on-street parking however it is limited and can get busy depending on the time of day.
