Yoga for Teens, Tweens and Kids

MHP has several Kids Yoga classes!


Yoga encourages individuality and creativity through poses, breath, and meditation. Yoga is an excellent way to increase resiliency, build strength and flexibility, and learn mindfulness techniques that kids, tweens, and teens can implement in their day to day life.

No previous yoga experience is required.

Please ensure your children respect studio etiquette :

  • Quietude – no loud talking or running
  • No footwear beyond the carpeted area of the reception area
  • No food or drinks other than water in the studio
  • No electronic devices in the studio.
